Lifetime Exchange/Upgrade Policy
We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all* purchases made with Amaltas. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchange basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges, taxes and Rs. 1,000 towards processing charges. If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable.
- Exchange or upgrade your jewelry anytime in the future.
- Receive credit at prevailing prices:
- 100% for metal
- 90% for diamonds
- Excludes making charges and taxes (maximum value of INR 300,000).
- Proportional deduction for damaged items or missing stones/certificates.
- Making charges and taxes will be deducted from the exchange value offered.
The final value of the exchanged product will be credited to your Amaltas account and you can purchase any other product with the same. The value cannot be encashed.
If you choose to return the product for buy-back, the buy-back value will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 21 business days of receipt of the product.
- Sell your jewelry back to us.
- Receive 100% of the metal weight value at the prevailing market rate.
- Amaltas offers 80% of the diamond value at the current market price.
- Any discounts applied at the original purchase will be deducted from the exchange amount (maximum value of INR 300,000).
Jewelry returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Amaltas shall not be accepted for buy-back. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the value of the product after giving a justification for the same.
